Fees & Contact

I offer counselling sessions by phone and secure online video. If you are interested in working together, please email or call me to arrange a time to connect on the phone prior to scheduling your first session.

Session fees are based on the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) Fee Schedule, with a minimum session duration of 60 minutes.

• Individual Therapy: $200 minimum (based on $165 per 50 minutes)
• Couple and Family Therapy: $228 minimum (based on $190 per 50 minutes)

Payment is required in full at the end of each session by credit card, or by e-transfer at least 24 hours prior to your session. Longer sessions (60, 75, or 90 minutes) are available upon request. Official receipts are provided on the same day.

Cancellation Policy: Since your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full fee. Exceptions are made only in cases of emergency. Missed appointment fees may not be reimbursable by insurance.

Some third-party plans, including Extended Health Care Insurance and Employee/Family Assistance Programs, may provide partial or full coverage for counselling services.
